BIKORT PRIVACY POLICY

At Bikort, we care about your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what types of information may be processed when you use the Bikort website, mobile application, and related digital services ("Platform") operated by Beeasist, the purposes for which we use them, and our approach to protecting your data.

This Privacy Policy does not replace the Bikort Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK) under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

Bikort is a sports technology platform that brings players, sports clubs, and coaches together in the same digital ecosystem. Depending on the features offered, users can discover courts, create reservations, join open matches and tournaments, view coaches, request lessons, and track their sports performance.

Account and contact information: name and surname, email, phone, account ID, and age-18-or-over verification information.

Profile information: username, profile photo, sport, playing level, and other information shared voluntarily.

Location information: approximate or precise location only if permission is granted.

Reservation and payment transaction information: Club/court, date-time, cancellation/refund, payment status, transaction amount, and reference records.

Match and performance information: match history, scores, level, points, open match and tournament participation.

Technical and usage information: IP, device, browser, session, security, error, usage, and analytics logs.

Communication and support information: support requests, messages, complaints, and dispute information.

To create and manage your account.

To provide Platform features and reservation services.

To process payments and refunds.

To show nearby courts, clubs, matches, tournaments, and coaches.

To operate open match, tournament, private lesson, score, and performance features.

To respond to customer support requests.

To ensure Platform security and prevent abuse.

To analyze and improve Platform performance.

To fulfill legal obligations and protect our rights.

Where the required consent exists, to send campaign and promotional communications.

Bikort is a social sports platform. For features such as open matches or tournaments to work, depending on the nature of the feature, your name, profile photo, sport, level or points, number of matches, related performance indicators, and participation status may be shown to other users. Your contact and private account details are not shown openly to other users unless required for the relevant feature to function.

You are not required to share your location to use Bikort. If you grant permission, your location may be used for location-based features such as showing nearby clubs, courts, matches, tournaments, and coaches. You may change your location permission at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. To the extent necessary for the Platform to operate and for the services you request to be provided, we may share your information with the following recipient groups:

Clubs with which you make a reservation.

Coaches and organizers in connection with lessons, tournaments, or related services.

Payment institutions, banks, and financial service providers.

Cloud/hosting, content management, database, email, SMS, notification, analytics, security, customer support, map/location, and software infrastructure providers.

Legal, financial, and professional advisors.

Competent public authorities and bodies where legally required or upon a lawful request.

The third-party service providers used may change according to technological and operational needs. Current service provider categories and, where necessary, specific provider information may be presented in the relevant notice/cookie texts or in up-to-date information areas on the Platform.

The technical infrastructure of some technology, analytics, communication, cloud, content management, or similar services used by Bikort may be located outside Türkiye. If use of these services requires personal data to be processed or transferred abroad, processing is carried out in accordance with the cross-border data transfer conditions set out in the KVKK and applicable legislation.

We aim not to retain your personal data longer than we need. Data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide services, manage the membership relationship, keep payment and reservation records, resolve disputes, ensure security and prevent abuse, and fulfill legal obligations. When the reasons for processing cease, data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.

You may close your Bikort account using the account management features offered on the Platform or through appropriate support channels. Closing an account does not mean that reservation, payment, invoice, security, or dispute records that must be retained under applicable legislation will be deleted at the same time.

We apply technical and administrative measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the level of risk to protect the security of your personal data. These measures may include access and authorization controls, secure user authentication methods, system and transaction logs, technical security controls, limiting data access to what is needed, secure infrastructure/backup processes, and contractual measures with service providers. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed on the internet and in digital systems.

The Bikort website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable the site to function and to improve the experience. For non-essential cookies, the User's preference or consent is obtained where required. Detailed information is set out in the Bikort Cookie Policy.

Operational communications such as reservation confirmations, payment notices, security notices, or account transactions are separate from marketing messages. Campaign, promotion, offer, and marketing electronic messages are sent based on separately given consent where required by legislation.

Bikort services are intended only for persons who have reached the age of 18. Accounts identified as belonging to persons under 18 may be closed, and related data may be subject to the processes required under applicable legislation.

Your rights under the KVKK regarding your personal data, the legal bases for data processing activities, and application methods are explained in the Bikort Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK).

Bikort may from time to time provide links to third-party websites, applications, or services. The privacy practices of these third parties are not controlled by Bikort. We recommend that you review their own privacy and terms of use before using the relevant service.

This Policy may be updated as Bikort's services, the technologies it uses, or its legal obligations change. The current version is kept accessible via the Bikort website and/or the Platform.
